Mindfulness
The Western concept called Mindfulness has been developed from centuries of Eastern thought, meditation and practice. Mindfulness is the state in which a person can observe themselves from an unbiased stance without judgement, fear and emotional involvement.
Wang Xiang-Zhai said:
“A small movement is better than a large movement;
no movement is better than a small movement.
Stillness is the mother of all movement.”
